On Saturday, May 20, the fourteenth edition of the Children's Olympiad was held at the Turia Stadium's athletics tracks. Organized jointly by the Valencia Athletics Club and Nuevo Centro, the main objective of this sporting event was to create a festive day for both the children and their families, while at the same time promoting sport among the youngest. On this occasion, the security and auxiliary services were provided by SICOR Seguridad El Corte Inglés and SICOR Servicios Integrales respectively, who guaranteed a safe and secure environment.
Early in the morning, the children began to participate in the various tests, divided by category, which included sprinting, throwing the ball, hurdles and long jump. Throughout the day, the activities were constantly monitored by our staff, which allowed the children to enjoy the event with peace of mind and confidence. A security team composed of 2 security guards and 3 assistants.
In recognition of their participation, all the children received a commemorative T-shirt, a cap and a medal. At the awards ceremony, which took place in the afternoon at the outdoor plaza of Nuevo Centro, the top 10 finishers in each category received their well-deserved prizes. In addition, a raffle of gifts was held, thanks to the collaboration of the sponsors. Undoubtedly, these additional details contributed to the excitement and joy of the participants.
