SICOR INTEGRA EL CORTE INGLÉS, S.L. is created with the aim of integrating people with disabilities into the workplace.

SICOR Group launches SICOR INTEGRA EL CORTE INGLÉS - QUALIFICATION No. 407/CM. We believe that employment is a key action measure to achieve the integration of people with disabilities into society.

We have recently incorporated this new line of business into our portfolio of services, whose main objective is the integration of people with disabilities into the labour market by facilitating the transition to regular employment.

We seek to offer opportunities, develop and improve the employability of people with disabilities. These are the first steps to achieve normalisation and real social integration.

The alternative measures offered by this service are diverse and all of them qualified by the Community of Madrid:

  • General indoor cleaning of buildings.
  • Control and concierge in office buildings.
  • Office administrative activities.
  • Telephone attention.
  • Management services, warehousing, picking and handling of goods.
  • Work enclaves.
This new SICOR Group service allows companies with more than 50 employees to quickly and easily comply with the applicable legal regulations: at least 2% of their staff must be disabled.

In addition, the implementation of diversity management allows you to create a series of positive values in your organisation, such as innovation, motivation and access to new customers and new business opportunities. At the same time, it favours the internal satisfaction of the staff, by helping the integration of people with disabilities in the workplace and being able to work in a 100% diverse team.

At SICOR Integra El Corte Inglés, S.L. we are socially committed to this type of work, as well as to having a favourable working environment to create a society of values in which no one is left out.
